Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to align operations with both long-term strategic goals and short-term business objectives. You will lead a high-performing team across global manufacturing sites, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

ResponsibilitiesAlign operations with long-term strategic goals and short-term business objectives.Set and achieve ambitious KPIs across manufacturing sites and operations teams.Build a high-performance culture rooted in Lean Sigma and employee engagement.Collaborate with R&D, Market Development, Finance, and HR to drive innovation and execution.Mentor and develop future leaders in operations, supply chain, and project management.Lead business continuity planning and execution across global facilities.Essential Skills8+ years of leadership experience in operations management.Proven experience in chemical manufacturing.Multisite and global leadership experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.Experience in New Product Commercialization, Capital Planning, Project Engineering, and Operational Management.Leadership experience overseeing approximately 100 direct reports.Experience in global operations, including international travel.Work Environment

The role involves overseeing around 100 direct reports across various sites, focusing on chemical manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering. This position requires local travel once a month and international travel to Singapore three times a year for a week. You will work within a division that spans P&G, fragrances, and organic agriculture, offering opportunities for significant professional growth in a small manufacturing operation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $154000.00 - $278000.00/yr.
