Description Robert Half is partnering with a boutique private wealth management firm seeking an Operations Manager to support day-to-day operations, enhance process efficiency, and ensure seamless client service. This position plays a critical role in managing back-office workflows, supporting advisors, and maintaining a high standard of operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: + Manage client onboarding, account maintenance, reporting, and custodial documentation. + Serve as a liaison between financial advisors, custodians, and third-party vendors. + Monitor workflow to ensure timely and accurate completion of operational tasks. + Identify areas for improvement and assist in developing and implementing solutions. + Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. + Support firmwide initiatives and special projects as needed. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field. + 3–5 years of experience in operations within wealth management, RIA, or financial services. + Familiarity with platforms like Schwab, Fidelity, or TD Ameritrade a plus. + Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. + Excellent communication and client service skills.
