We are looking for an outstanding Director of Nursing to join our national leadership team. The opportunityAs Director of Nursing, you will:
Lead the development of a nursing strategy that is fit for today and the future, aligned to CGL’s organisational strategy.
Provide assurance that our clinical interventions not only meet but exceed statutory and quality requirements.
Be a visible leader and champion for safe, inclusive, person-centred care.
Collaborate with senior leaders, regulators, commissioners, and partners to strengthen nursing practice across the health and social care system.
Inspire, coach and empower our senior nursing leadership team to succeed and grow.
Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in nursing delivery.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, full time
Full Time Salary*: £92,017.15 - £95,604.93 pro rata
*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
