Roles & Responisibilities:
Design, implement, and evaluate nursing education programs that meet the needs of staff and hospital.
Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing educators and staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
Ensure nursing curricula are current, evidence-based, and compliant with regulatory standards.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of educational programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Work closely with clinical leaders to identify training needs and develop targeted educational initiatives.
Stay updated on the latest trends in nursing education and integrate innovative teaching methods and technologies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: Master's degree in nursing or related field; Doctorate preferred.
Magnet Designation Program & Research
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of nursing education experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Licensure: Current nursing license and certification in nursing education in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Effective communication and close involvement with all nursing care flow processes.
