However, this position is remote and can be located anywhere in the US. We are looking for a **Director of Sales** to join our firm. The Director of Sales will join 2 current Directors and will be responsible for driving the Sales teams’ operating routines and best practices that deliver optimal results for new premium and policy growth. This role is responsible for coaching and developing a team of 8 – 10 all virtual sales producers and delivering on a new premium target of $10 Million in New Small Commercial premium and 8,500 new policies for 2025.
