· Indonesian Nationality.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
· Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in Marketing Communications, preferably within the hospitality or luxury industry.
· Proven track record in leading integrated marketing campaigns and brand positioning strategies.
· Demonstrated experience in public relations and media handling.
· Strong experience in digital marketing, including social media and content strategy.
· Solid understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
· Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
· Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
