Our client is a fast-growing Real Estate organization. They are redefining the industry with innovation and customer-first service. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for leading paid digital growth initiatives, driving customer acquisition and engagement, and optimizing performance across North America.
Director of Marketing responsibilities: Develop and lead the paid digital growth marketing strategy to drive traffic and leads through content, research, and competitive analysis Analyze campaign performance, identify insights, and refine strategies for scalability and improved results Leverage customer data, feedback, and competitor analysis to enhance organic marketing and customer retention initiatives Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, asset management, and channel teams to launch joint go-to-market initiatives Optimize the website to communicate value and drive high-quality traffic and conversions Improve website reservation and lead capture performance through testing, and journey optimization Oversee digital tracking, compliance and collaboration with technical teams to ensure website stability and functionality Design and execute marketing strategies that support revenue growth, with a focus on high-impact regional and vertical campaigns Develop and report on performance metrics for organic leads and customer retention Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability Provide executive-level reporting and presentations on marketing effectiveness, progress, and revenue impact
The successful candidate has: 8+ years of experience in digital marketing or a relevant field Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field Proven experience leading and scaling marketing strategies that directly impact lead generation Deep understanding of paid digital growth strategies and customer journey mapping Strong understanding of WordPress and/or other website management tools Strong understanding of WordPress and/or other website management tools Excellent project and team management skills, with a strong ability to lead and motivate others Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Deep understanding of Omni channel and organic customer engagement
Compensation and benefits: The discussed salary range is $90,000 – $120,000 depending on experience Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered Comprehensive benefits package RRSP matching program Discretionary bonus opportunities Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
