Job Description
This fast growing fitness franchise is looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Marketing to lead brand growth across 100+ locations. Based in Austin, TX and reporting to the CMO, you’ll drive national-to-local marketing execution, manage multi-channel campaigns, and build scalable systems to support rapid expansion.
You’ll oversee a multi-million-dollar budget, lead a high-performing team, and partner across departments to ensure marketing efforts directly fuel revenue, member acquisition, and retention.

Skills and Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior or executive leadership role
- Proven success scaling a brand across multi-location environments (preferably 50+ units)
- Strong expertise in multi-channel marketing: organic social, email, SMS, print, billboard, TV, radio, and grassroots/events
- Deep understanding of marketing analytics, ROI modeling, and performance optimization
- Experience managing a multi-million-dollar marketing budget
- Demonstrated ability to tie marketing performance directly to revenue growth
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing high-performing teams
- Proven ability to develop and execute promotional calendars, pricing strategies, and acquisition campaigns
- Experience creating repeatable marketing systems and playbooks for scale
- Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with operations, finance, and field teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred) - Experience in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industries
- Background in franchise or consumer-facing growth brands
- Familiarity with hyper-local marketing and community engagement
- Experience launching new locations or markets at scale
- Comfort in fast-growth, entrepreneurial environments
- Passion for bold, edgy brand campaigns
