Position Summary

The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and support business objectives. This leadership position ensures the alignment of marketing tactics with operational initiatives, focusing on enhancing the patient and caregiver experience. The role oversees brand management, creative direction, and the execution of marketing campaigns while collaborating across departments to achieve organizational goals. This individual will also manage the creative team, including graphic design and video production, ensuring that all materials reflect the organization's mission and values and uphold joint venture brand standards.


Position Specific Responsibilities

• Lead and execute brand strategies to ensure consistent, on-message branding across all touchpoints.

• Act as the steward of the brand, maintaining its integrity and aligning marketing materials with organizational values and goals.

• Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to support business development, patient engagement, and service line growth at scale for multiple brands.

• Collaborate with leadership and operational teams to align marketing efforts with business and clinical goals, ensuring synergy between tactics and organizational priorities.

• Partner with business development, clinical, and operations teams to understand key initiatives and ensure marketing tactics are aligned to support growth, patient retention, and market expansion.

• Create integrated marketing campaigns that support new service lines, partnerships, and internal initiatives, ensuring the operational impact is reflected in all marketing efforts.

• Oversee and manage all graphic design and video production efforts to ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and organizational objectives.

• Lead the creative team in the production of high-quality content, including digital assets, brochures, patient communications, and promotional videos.

• Ensure that creative materials resonate with target audiences and support brand recognition and business objectives.

• Work closely with internal teams, including sales, clinical, and operational units, to ensure marketing strategies reflect the priorities and needs of the business.

• Collaborate with external partners and agencies when necessary to support campaign execution and creative development.

• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, utilizing data and performance analytics to optimize strategies and improve ROI.

• Utilize insights from analytics platforms to continuously improve marketing efforts, adapting strategies as necessary to meet evolving business objectives.

• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.

• Provide strategic guidance and professional development opportunities for direct reports to ensure continuous growth within the department.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support marketing and organizational objectives.

 


Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or Communications highly preferred.MBA or other advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in healthcare or home-based healthcare preferred.


Skills

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leaders, team members, investors, and external parties. Strong written and verbal communications.Other Skills and Abilities: Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English. Articulates and embraces integrated healthcare at home philosophy.


Physical Demands and Work Environment: The demands of this role necessitate a team member to effectively perform essential functions. Adaptations can be made to accommodate team members with disabilities. Regular standing, walking, and manual dexterity are fundamental, along with the ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds. Visual acuity requirements include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
