Director of Marketing   Andretti Indoor Karting & Games (AIKG) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to join our leadership team. We are a fast-growing, high-energy company delivering premier family entertainment experiences. From multi-level indoor karting tracks to immersive virtual reality simulators, arcade gaming, top-tier event spaces, and exceptional dining — all within pristine, guest-centric venues — we set the standard for excellence.

Position Overview
The Director of Marketing is a senior strategic role responsible for driving brand growth, customer engagement, and innovative marketing initiatives across AIKG’s national footprint. The ideal candidate will be a self-starting, creative leader with a strong analytical mindset, capable of balancing bold innovation with proven, data-driven strategies.
  This is an in-office position based in Orlando, FL.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Collaborate closely with company ownership on high-level marketing vision, goals, and execution plans. Develop, refine, and lead the national and local marketing strategy in alignment with brand objectives. Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to drive innovation. Performance Analysis & Reporting Track, analyze, and report key marketing KPIs to internal stakeholders. Use performance data to optimize campaigns, programs, and resource allocation. Advertising & Promotions Oversee development, execution, and performance of national advertising campaigns. Support and guide local advertising strategies tailored to specific venue needs. Digital & Social Media Lead the company’s social media strategy, enhancing reach, engagement, and brand identity. Implement new digital marketing initiatives and oversee content creation across platforms. Field Marketing & Team Development Conduct periodic location visits to assess marketing effectiveness and brand execution. Manage and mentor in-unit Marketing Specialists, supporting their professional development and performance. Provide direction on local marketing events, in-house promotions, and reputation management. Vendor & Partner Management Lead marketing vendor selection and contract negotiations, in coordination with AIKG’s legal team. Brand Integrity & Internal Collaboration Ensure consistency and alignment across all brand communications and marketing collateral. Partner with HR to support talent acquisition initiatives and employer brand development.
