**Summary:**
The Director of Marketing will lead marketing strategy & materials, market development and operations, medical/professional education, congress strategy, KOL strategy/engagement and unbranded patient marketing across CAR-T. The Director of Marketing must also work closely with multiple functions including Sales, Sales Training, Commercial Excellence, Finance, Medical Affairs, HECOR, R&D, Corporate Communications, and outside agencies and vendors in order to effectively develop and execute key commercial activities. The position will recruit, develop and lead a team of marketing professionals, commercial operations professionals and Field Reimbursement Managers (including some field staff and those that have direct reports).
**Primary responsibilities include:**
+ Develop an integrated business plan and strategic plan.
+ Develop brand strategies and tactics to support growth of CARVIKTI in the U.S. market amidst significant marketplace competition.
+ Lead and manage a team of group product directors, product directors, product managers
+ Align Marketing, Sales, and broader commercial organization around strategies to differentiate CARVIKTI land drive market share performance.
+ Oversee Profitability attainment for CARVIKTI
+ Establish annual marketing plans for the product and execute promotional tactics with a focus on innovation.
+ Provide performance forecasts and management updates throughout the year.
+ Utilize market research and analytics to gain insights to help prioritize resources and properly plan product tactics.
+ Develop pricing and contracting tactics for products.
+ Plan and execute promotional activities at company conventions.
+ Manage marketing budget to support financial objectives.
**Qualifications:**
+ Required Minimum Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s is required; MBA is preferred.
+ Preferred Area of Study: Biology/Scientific background is preferred.
+ A minimum of 10 years of business experience is required (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Management, etc.)
+ A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated marketing experience and proven performance is required.
+ Oncology sales or marketing experience is preferred.
+ US in-line marketing experience (professional and/or consumer) is required.
+ Demonstrated experience in critical marketing competencies is required.
+ Must have a demonstrated track record of strong leadership capabilities with ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment.
+ People management experience is required.
+ Product Launch experience is preferred.
+ Previous Pharma Sales or Sales Management experience is preferred.
+ Global Marketing/ Early Commercial Development experience is preferred.
+ This position is in Horsham, PA and requires up to 25% travel U.S. with limited outside US travel.
