Job DescriptionThis role is hybrid remote with 60% monthly in-office presence in Mount Prospect, Illinois. (3 days in office per week)
Are you a visionary logistics leader ready to drive operational excellence at a global brand? Bosch Power Tools North America is looking for a dynamic Director of Logistics to lead and evolve our regional logistics strategy.
In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee end-to-end logistics operations—including warehouse performance, transportation management, supply chain network design, and logistics process implementation. You’ll also ensure compliance with import/export regulations and champion best practices in packaging and logistics quality.
You’ll lead cross-functional expert teams across multiple sites and logistics functions while driving efficiency, innovation, and service excellence.
We’re looking for a leader who thrives in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at driving improvement, setting process standards, managing complex project timelines, and implementing strategic initiatives in coordination with the overall Bosch Power Tool strategy.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 to $210,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Pay ranges included in the posting generally reflect base salary; certain positions may include bonus, commission, or additional benefits.
