Kforce is seeking a strategic and experienced leader to serve as Director of Liability Claims. This position can be 100% fully remote, but if the candidate lives in a city with a regional office, it will be 3 days in office, 2 days work from home. Summary: In this role, the Director will oversee complex liability claims from assignment through resolution, managing a team of Analysts and Managers. They will drive excellence in litigation management, coverage evaluation, and claims strategy, while fostering collaboration across internal departments and external partners. Responsibilities: * Supervise Claims Analysts and Managers, overseeing complex claims from assignment to resolution * Drive excellence in litigation management, coverage evaluation, and claims strategy * Build strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders * Serve as liaison to Underwriting, Risk Control, Reinsurance, Finance, and TPAs * Champion process improvements across the Liability Line of Business (LOB) * Ensure claim reserve accuracy, audit quality, and support training and performance reviews * Ideal for strategic thinkers with deep liability claims experience and leadership passion
