Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management and Sales Execution:
Serve as executive sponsor for selected strategic accounts while leading the national KAE team.Lead business development efforts across a complex diagnostic sales cycle involving C-suite executives, laboratory leadership, clinicians, procurement, and distribution partners.Develop and execute IDN-level strategies that align customer needs with Siemens Healthineers' Point of Care portfolio.Drive multi-year business planning, executive-level relationship building, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product, service, and sales.Support contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and strategic deal execution with major health systems and buying groups.Champion CRM discipline, sales process adherence, and enterprise forecast accuracy.Provide coaching and performance management for KAEs to ensure accountability and quota achievement.Customer Engagement and Influence:
Deliver compelling value propositions aligned to customer needs, organizational priorities, and clinical outcomes.Partner with marketing and clinical teams to position Siemens Healthineers’ Point of Care solutions as integral to operational and patient care improvements.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with Region Vice Presidents and Product Sales Specialists to enable coordinated territory and strategic coverage.Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Service, Marketing, Contracts, Customer Support, and Enterprise Solutions) to deliver a seamless customer experience.Thought Leadership and Mentorship:
Stay informed of industry trends, competitive positioning, and changes in healthcare delivery models to provide informed guidance to both customers and internal stakeholders.Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field required; MBA or advanced clinical degree preferred.Experience:
10+ years of experience in a clinical or commercial environment, with at least 5 years selling diagnostic or capital medical equipment into complex hospital systems.7+ years of experience leading, developing, training, and mentoring direct reports with documented success.Deep understanding of the US healthcare market, clinical workflows, and the top 50 Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and proven success selling into IDNs.Demonstrated ability to manage executive-level relationships, deliver solutions, and exceed sales targets.Key Competencies

Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools to drive rigor and structure.Experience using IT tools to provide actionable insights into the business state, supporting operational changes.Change Management:
Proven ability to lead change initiatives while maintaining a culture of customer excellence.Strong change management skills to adapt to evolving market and organizational dynamics.Travel Requirements

The annual base pay for this position is:
Min $124,800 - Max $187,200Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
