Director of IT

The IT Program Director is a senior IT leadership role accountable for the strategic direction, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide ERP systems, the Program Management Office (PMO), and Reporting & Analytics platforms. This role also oversees a network of process owners and SMEs to drive process optimization, training, and adoption of best practices across business functions..

 

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

ERP Program Leadership

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of ERP initiatives, including planning, implementation, upgrades, and support. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to align ERP capabilities with strategic goals. – Oversee ERP solution architecture, vendor relationships, and system governance. – Ensure compliance with internal controls, data integrity, and audit requirements.

PMO Oversight

Direct the PMO to ensure consistent project governance, methodology, and reporting. – Prioritize and manage a portfolio of IT and business transformation projects. – Mentor project managers and ensure alignment with enterprise objectives.

Reporting & Analytics

Define and execute a data strategy that supports operational and executive decision-making. – Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards, KPIs, and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI). – Partner with business units to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and relevance.

Process Ownership & Training

Maintain and evolve a network of process owners and SMEs across key domains (e.g., Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Workforce Management). – Drive continuous process improvement initiatives and standardization efforts. –

Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective system use and process compliance

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including ERP program management. Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide initiatives. Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (e.g., IFS, SAP), project management tools, and analytics platforms.
