Job Description A paint manufacturing company is seeking a Director of IT to join their team! This role will lead and oversee SAP applications, including support for ongoing and upcoming S/4HANA initiatives, while managing and developing a team of SAP IT associates. The Director of IT will operate as an IT generalist, serving as the bridge between applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, with hands-on oversight of network and cloud environments and close partnership with infrastructure leadership. This role will maintain awareness of cyber tools, risks, and controls and collaborate with internal and external security partners. The position will provide stable, hands-on IT leadership for a growing organization, ensuring reliable systems, supporting operational and business technology needs, and helping scale IT capabilities as the company evolves. This is a permanent position located in Commerce, CA (3x a week onsite), with a base salary range of $170,000 - $195,000. Skills and Requirements • Strong SAP background   ○ Experience supporting SAP environments   ○ Exposure to or involvement in S/4HANA changes or migrations   ○ Experience managing teams of SAP IT associates  • Infrastructure experience   ○ Working knowledge of network and cloud   ○ Experience managing portions of IT infrastructure  • Cybersecurity exposure   ○ Familiar with cyber tools and concepts   ○ Hands-on execution not required  • Background in a small to mid-sized organization where IT leadership owned multiple domains • Retail and/or POS systems experience  • Experience scaling IT functions as a company grows
