Main responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced, visionary Director of In-Store Solutions to lead the next chapter of innovation within our rapidly growing Retail Media Network. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cutting-edge in-store media solutions that deliver measurable value to both our brand partners and shoppers. 

This is a pivotal leadership position at the intersection of retail operations, media effectiveness, and emerging technology, playing a key role in shaping the future of how media lives in the physical store environment. 

Define and drive the strategic roadmap for in-store media solutions, aligned with broader retail media and business objectives.  Translate vision into actionable execution plans that enhance shopper engagement, monetization, and partner ROI.  Lead and mentor a high-performing team responsible for in-store innovation, implementation, and performance optimization.  Partner closely with stakeholders across merchandising, store operations, IT, digital, marketing, sales, and external technology providers.  Identify and evaluate new technologies (e.g., smart screens, sensors, digital shelf, audio systems) to transform in-store experiences.  Lead pilots, scale proven solutions, and ensure smooth operational deployment across the retail footprint.  Own the performance measurement and reporting strategy for in-store media placements.  Collaborate with analytics teams to define KPIs, develop insights, and inform continuous improvement.  Oversee the budget and P&L for in-store solutions initiatives.  Conduct ROI analyses, build business cases, and ensure commercially sound investments. 

This position will be based in Boise, ID.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

8+ years of progressive experience in retail media, in-store solutions, retail operations, or marketing/advertising technology.  Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing at all levels of an organization.  Deep understanding of retail environments, shopper behavior, and the media landscape, including trends in retail media networks.  Strong track record of launching and scaling technology-driven solutions in physical environments.  Experience with media measurement, financial modeling, and solution lifecycle management.  Analytical and strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a test-and-learn mindset.  Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
