This includes Planning and Designing the service, directing the daily operations of the service, Integrating and Coordinating the service with other services in the hospital, and Improving Performance of the service. The Director is also responsible for providing Leadership within their service as well as throughout HCA Houston Southeast. Manages all staff for the respective service, including Managers, Supervisors, Leads, and Staff. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the service. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
