Job Description

As the Director, you will:

Lead and grow a high-performing semiconductor engineering team across Espoo and OuluDrive the ASIC development, with some SW and Sensor integration for ASIC products for MEMS-based sensorsCollaborate closely on product development with international teams, including our headquarters in GermanyDrive hiring activities, mentor team members, and foster a culture of innovation and excellenceProvide strategic and technical leadership, as well as technical and methodological guidance, to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery

QualificationsA strong academic background in STEM and deep understanding of IC product developmentProven experience leading engineering teams in a global, cross-functional environmentA successful proven track record of delivering complex semiconductor productsA well-established network within Finland’s semiconductor ecosystemEducation: B.Sc., M.Sc., or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related fieldLanguages: Fluent in English (C1); Finnish and German are a plus
