Director of Human Resources
Description We are looking for an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead and manage HR strategies and operations in alignment with organizational objectives. This role requires a strong leader who can foster collaboration across departments, ensure compliance with employment laws, and develop impactful policies that support employee engagement and growth. Based in Dallas, Texas, the Director will play a critical role in shaping the company’s culture while overseeing the HR team and acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement long-term HR strategies and initiatives that align with the business objectives of the organization. • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and retention. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, working closely with legal counsel on both domestic and international matters. • Serve as a mediator between employees and management to address concerns and foster positive workplace relationships. • Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and providing guidance on complex HR matters. • Design and implement policies aimed at enhancing employee engagement and ensuring operational efficiency. • Drive safety and environmental compliance by enforcing company protocols and conducting required training. • Travel frequently to company locations to support HR initiatives and address business needs. • Utilize HRIS systems to streamline administrative processes and improve data-driven decision-making. • Collaborate with executive leaders to support change management and organizational development efforts. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • At least 10 years of HR leadership experience, preferably managing HR operations for organizations with over 5,000 employees. • Strong expertise in employee relations, HR administration, and benefits management. • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and familiarity with onboarding processes. • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage organizational change. • Willingness to travel approximately 10% based on business needs. • Strategic and analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
