**Director of People Operations (HR)** **Location:** Remote (in the continental U.S.) **Travel:** Minimal - but required **About the Role** We’re seeking a hands-on, strategic leader to join our team as Director of People Operations. This is a critical role for a working director who thrives on solving complex challenges, driving continuous improvement, and shaping the employee experience across HR, Benefits, and Payroll.
