**Description:** The Director of Human Resources is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. This includes overseeing talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and HR technology systems.
