**Job Summary**
Oversees a portfolio of high-performing hotel, resort, and casino properties, supporting a combined guest workforce of 20,000+. Reports directly to the VP of the Hotel/Resort/Casino National Market. Responsible for operational excellence, compliance, strategic alignment, and growth across diverse and complex venues.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across all assigned properties.
+ Serve as liaison between property-level management and Eurest leadership to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.
+ Drive performance metrics, operational efficiencies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Ensure compliance with labor laws, gaming regulations, and hospitality standards.
+ Support financial objectives, including revenue growth, cost control, and budget adherence.
+ Lead cross-functional teams to enhance guest experience, service quality, and employee engagement.
+ Facilitate collaboration across 24/7 casino operations and year-round hospitality services.
+ Implement best practices and standard operating procedures across properties.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Proven experience in multi-property hospitality or casino operations management.
+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large, diverse teams.
+ Financial acumen and experience in budget management, forecasting, and P&L oversight.
+ Strategic planning and operational execution capabilities.
+ In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and operational standards in hospitality and gaming.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and complex operational environment.
