Our client is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee and elevate the full guest experience at a premier entertainment destination. This senior role directs Guest Services, Events, Group Sales, and Membership operations-ensuring every interaction reflects the energy, culture, and excitement of this one-of-a-kind venue.

What You'll Do:

Lead Guest Services, Events, Reservations, and Membership teams with a guest-first mindset.

Own reservation/booking systems and POS platforms to maximize revenue and streamline operations.

Oversee front-of-house services, including check-in, rentals, lockers, and member lounge.

Drive member engagement and retention through curated programming and exclusive perks.

Lead corporate/group sales and support large-scale events, festivals, and private rentals.

Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Facilities to deliver seamless guest journeys.

What We're Looking For:

5+ leadership in hospitality, attractions, resorts, or tourism.

Strong experience with booking systems, POS, and guest-facing operations.

Proven success in revenue growth, team leadership, and guest experience.

Entrepreneurial, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments.

Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
