About the Role

The Director of Group Healthcare Provider Operations plays a key role in delivering AIA’s healthcare vision across our owned healthcare businesses. This role focuses on strengthening clinical operations, improving service delivery, and ensuring our healthcare sites operate to high standards across the region.

You’ll work closely with senior management and local teams to support the development of AIA’s healthcare portfolio, helping to integrate services and improve customer experience. You’ll also ensure our clinical governance and risk management practices meet regulatory requirements and are consistently applied across all care settings.

In addition, you’ll lead evaluations of potential partnerships, new ventures, or investments in healthcare facilities — helping ensure our approach to care is aligned with quality, value, and long-term sustainability.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the development and integration of AIA’s healthcare provision business across Asia-Pacific.Drive operational excellence, financial stewardship, and clinical governance across multi-site healthcare operations.Collaborate with local business units to identify and execute growth opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and greenfield investments.Develop and implement best practices in clinical operations, risk management, and technology adoption.Define and uphold standards for clinical quality, risk management, and governance to ensure safe, compliant, and high-performing healthcare delivery.Build strong stakeholder relationships across internal teams, healthcare providers, regulators, and industry partners.

 Minimum Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Business Administration or MBBS is a plus10–15 years of experience in managing multi-site healthcare operations, ideally across multiple markets.Strong background in clinical operations, financial management, and strategic programme execution.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive transformation in complex healthcare environments.Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Able to travel to markets in the region
