Summary: Seeking a Director of Global Quality Assurance to lead the development and continuous improvement of a Quality Management System ensuring product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science. 15 years direct experience in Quality Assurance and ISO 9000. Minimum of 10 years Management/Supervisor experience. Familiarity with lean tools and methodologies, Six Sigma certifications preferred. Trained in problem solving, team facilitation, and root cause analysis.

Preferred Skills:

Advanced degree in science, engineering or management. Manufacturing management and continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and improve the global Quality Management System. Ensure global compliance with ISO 9001-2015 certification. Integrate Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) tools into new product development. Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations to enhance supplier quality processes. Standardize global quality reporting metrics for corporate analysis. Manage customer complaint response system globally.

Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year
