Director of Food & Beverage - Franchise
Job Requirements

The Director of Food & Beverage leads all food and beverage operations for a full-service hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong team performance, and disciplined financial results. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple outlets, maintaining brand and service standards, and partnering closely with hotel leadership to drive revenue, quality, and operational excellence.


What you’ll be doing


Direct day-to-day operations for all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, in-room dining, and any additional venues.Lead, coach, and develop F&B leaders and teams; build a culture of accountability, service consistency, and engagement.Manage labor planning and scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage and productivity across shifts.Oversee purchasing, receiving, inventory, and vendor relationships; maintain par levels and cost controls.Drive financial performance through effective management of food cost, beverage cost, and operating expenses.Establish and monitor standards for food quality, menu execution, presentation, and service delivery.Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations; maintain readiness for inspections and audits.Collaborate with the General Manager and hotel leadership on strategy, forecasting, promotions, and guest experience initiatives.Lead outlet and banquet performance reviews; implement improvement plans as needed.Participate in inventories, departmental meetings, and property leadership meetings.


Work Experience

What we are looking for


Demonstrated F&B leadership experience in a full-service hotel or similarly high-volume hospitality environment.Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, liquor compliance, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.Proven ability to improve profitability through labor management, cost control, and revenue-driving outlet and banquet strategies.Hands-on, service-focused leadership style with a track record of developing high-performing teams.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency with standard hospitality systems and Microsoft Office.Flexible schedule availability to support business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; limited travel may be required.
