Director of Food Beverage

The Director of Food Beverage is responsible for the strategic leadership and overall performance of all food and beverage operations. The role oversees Park Hyatt dining, a significant outside catering business, and the management of three luxury branded restaurants and cafés operated on behalf of an international luxury partner.

This position requires a commercially driven, strategic, and highly influential leader who can balance operational excellence, financial performance, luxury service delivery, and stakeholder relationship management while leading a diverse local team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall Food Beverage operation, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and consistent luxury service standards.

Drive the commercial performance, revenue growth, and profitability of all Food Beverage operations, with particular focus on expanding the outside catering business.

Oversee the successful operation of three externally branded restaurants and cafés, ensuring full compliance with brand standards, service excellence, and contractual obligations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury brand partners and key stakeholders through excellent communication, collaboration, and professional credibility.

Develop business plans, budgets, forecasts, and commercial strategies with strong financial acumen and a focus on sustainable growth.

Analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and implement initiatives that improve productivity, efficiency, and return on investment.

Lead, coach, and develop a high performing leadership team through inspirational leadership, effective communication, and people development.

Ensure the highest standards of food safety, regulatory compliance, and operational discipline.

This position is ranked from as Director level, and will report to the General Manager.

Proven senior Food Beverage leadership experience within luxury hotels, private clubs, or premium hospitality environments.Demonstrated commercial mindset and strong financial acumen, with a track record of delivering sustainable business growth.Experience managing luxury branded restaurants, complex operations, and multiple stakeholders is highly desirable.Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence both local teams and international stakeholders.A leader who demonstrates executive presence, strategic thinking, sound business judgment, emotional intelligence, adaptability, integrity, and a hands on leadership style.

Passion for luxury hospitality, innovation, guest experience, and continuous improvement.

Fluent English is essential. Korean language proficiency is an advantage.
