Director of Food & Beverage

1. Be responsible for the management of the FB and formulate and implement all the plans for catering operations.
2. Responsible for achieving the revenue and profit targets of the department.
3. Work with the executive chef to plan and design the menu, and develop local-demand-oriented catering services.

2. Proficient in the business knowledge of this department, and skilled in the skills and management techniques of Chinese cuisine, Western cuisine, bars, and banquets.
3. Familiar with the entire process of food raw material procurement, storage, and kitchen production, as well as restaurant services. Good at arranging the work of each link, and able to ensure the coordinated development of FB management.
4. Have knowledge of food raw material processing and catering cost accounting. Master various food production standards, control product quality and cost consumption.
5. Good at motivating the enthusiasm of all levels of personnel in the catering department.
