Silver Creek Valley Country Club, a premier private club managed by Troon, is seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate all food and beverage operations across the Club.

Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Director of Food & Beverage Private club experience strongly preferred Proven leadership in high-volume, member-focused food and beverage operations Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost controls, and P&L management Demonstrated success in team leadership, service standards, and member satisfactionCompensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: $125,000 – $135,000 (commensurate with experience) Bonus eligible Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time offAvailability

The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for overseeing all dining outlets, banquets, events, and ensuring culinary service standards are met. This leader will partner closely with the General Manager/COO and executive leadership team to deliver exceptional member experiences while maintaining fiscal discipline, operational excellence, and a positive service culture.
