Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Director of Food & Beverage to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. you will lead the strategic vision and operational excellence of all dining experiences within the hotel. This role is pivotal in delivering world-class culinary moments, driving financial performance, and cultivating a culture of service excellence that reflects the highest standards of ultra-luxury hospitality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Full strategic and operational responsibility for all F&B outlets (restaurants, bars, in-room dining, banqueting & events).Lead, develop, and motivate a diverse international team with a strong focus on excellence, team culture, and individual growth.Ensure an exceptional guest experience across all dining venues, aligned with ultra-luxury standards.Conceptualize and implement innovative F&B offerings, menus, and service standards in collaboration with culinary and service leadership.Ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and achievement of financial goals (revenue, GOP, cost control).Guarantee and continuously improve the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and service.Collaborate closely with Marketing and PR to position outlets within the local and international dining scene.Promote sustainable practices and implement responsible F&B strategies.Act as a key representative of the hotel both internally and at external events and partnerships.
