· The Director of Food and Beverage serves as the business leader and marketing specialist of the Food and Beverage division. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the successful operation of all outlets and events in accordance with the hotel's standards. The Director is responsible for maximizing profitability and operational efficiency in line withHyatt International'scorporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting the expectations of owners, employees and guests.
·The Director of Food and Beverage oversees all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including menu planning and development, team mentoring, budgeting, profitability, inventory and hygiene standards. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality food and beverage offerings that align with market preferences.
· This position requires passion and creativity, excellent communication skills and the ability to consistently deliver a high standard of guest experience. The Director collaborates with other departments to develop and implement promotional campaigns and events, and must be organized, flexible, self-motivated and capable of working well under pressure. Staying up to date with industry trends, new product developments, emerging technologies, while remaining hands-on with daily operations, is also essential. The Director of Food and Beverage must mentor the team and lead by example.

· Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a food and beverage management role, preferably within a high-volume, 5-star branded hotel environment with exposure to large-scale events.
· Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high performance.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with guests, customers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interpret financial data, identify trends and implement effective solutions.
