Position Summary - The Director of Food Beverage provides strategic and operational leadership across all FB outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong commercial performance, and full alignment with Hyatt brand standards. The role oversees restaurants, bars, banqueting, events, and in-room dining, while driving team development, service excellence, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities -
Guest Experience Service Delivery
• Ensure consistent quality in food, beverage, service, and presentation across all outlets and events.
• Oversee execution of restaurants, bars, lounges, banquets, catering, and in-room dining.
• Lead service recovery and continuously improve guest satisfaction based on feedback and performance metrics.
Leadership Talent Development
• Develop and empower FB leaders through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Champion Hyatt’s purpose, values, and leadership behaviors through visible leadership.
• Support talent management, succession planning, and engagement initiatives in partnership with HR.
Operations Financial Performance
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and service excellence.
• Drive revenue through outlet optimization, events, promotions, and collaboration with Sales and Revenue teams.
• Oversee budgets, cost control (labor, food beverage), inventory, and financial forecasting.
Brand Standards Compliance
• Ensure adherence to Hyatt standards, SOPs, and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Security to ensure safe and well-maintained facilities.

8–10 years of FB experience, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.Proven expertise in managing multi-outlet operations, including restaurants, bars, and banquets.
