YOUR ROLE
The Director of Food & Beverage (F&B) is responsible for leading a team of approximately 100 associates, overseeing total revenue performance, and driving the strategic direction of all F&B operations. This role reports directly to the Hotel Manager and is a key member of the Executive Team, contributing to overall business success and guest satisfaction.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
Provide strategic leadership and vision for all F&B outlets and banquet operationsManage and develop a large, diverse team Oversee financial performance, including revenue, cost control, and profitability targetsEnsure consistent delivery of high‑quality service and guest experienceCollaborate closely with other Executive Team members to align F&B strategy with overall hotel goalsDrive innovation in menus, concepts, and service standards to remain competitive in the marketStrong Business Acumen: ability to understand financial drivers, market dynamics, and translate them into strategyCOULD THIS BE YOU? A solid educational background or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Event Management, or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of professional experience as a Director of F&B or in a similar leadership role, ideally within a luxury hotel environmentExpertise in culinary innovation, ensuring offerings remain competitive and aligned with guest expectationsStrong knowledge of beverage programs and cost control, including wine, bar operations, and inventory managementYou communicate fluently in German and English, both spoken and writtenPlease note that only applications from candidates with the legal right to work in the European Union can be considered.
