Location: Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living Job Description We are seeking a Director of Food and Beverage to lead our dynamic dining team and oversee operations across eleven uniquely themed restaurants and cafés. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and service-driven leader with a strong background in multi-unit food service management. They will bring a keen eye for food quality and presentation, exceptional hospitality standards, and proven financial acumen. What you will need + Minimum of 7 years restaurant or food service management experience including production, service, sanitation, training and education is required. + Serve Safe Certified obtained within 6 months of employment. Additional certifications are required by federal, state, and/or local regulations. Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
