Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a Director of Food and Beverage to join the team at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite in Fish Camp, California. As Director of Food and Beverage, you will be responsible for leading teams across multiple restaurant outlets and banquet department for Tenaya Lodge. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who combines a strong results-driven mindset with genuine empathy, fostering both performance and people, creates a strong alignment between front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and cultivates talent by empowering team members to reach their full potential.

Pay

Minimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $99,800 - $134,700 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?Hire, train, and inspire team members to deliver high standards of service to ensure exceptional guest satisfactionEstablish and maintain safety and sanitation procedures, including the proper repair and maintenance of food service equipmentEnsure compliance with regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, payroll, employment guidelines, and the Occupational Safety and Health AdministrationDetermine staffing levels to maximize net returns while maintaining guest service levelsPrepare and submit monthly projections and reportsVerify that effective systems for cash, inventory, and payroll procedures are in placeOperate a company vehicle when necessary

More about youMinimum of 7 years of large-scale hospitality management experience, overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets and banquetsFamiliar with various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, catering software and point-of-sale systemsEstablished assessment and decision-making skills with proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organizationBachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferredMust possess a valid driver’s license
