Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Overview We are seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to deliver strategic financial insights and drive outstanding forecasting and reporting processes within our International division, based in London. This role is a key career turning point, offering a significant opportunity to partner with senior leaders and collaborators to influence decision-making and fuel business growth within a dynamic and evolving industry! You will play a critical role in leading all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. You will be a trusted adviser, using a consultative approach to everything you do, and will collaborate with senior management, department heads, and other key leaders across the New & Growth Markets division and the wider global business. By providing comprehensive insights and strategic recommendations, you will directly support the development and implementation of business strategy and contribute to the company's overall goals and initiatives. This is a hybrid role based in our London office (2/3 day per week). Improve your skills in advanced financial modelling, variance analysis, and business intelligence. You will use these skills to provide comprehensive insights and strategic recommendations. Lead and innovate by taking ownership of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. You will drive innovation and efficiency through improvement in execution and automation. Develop expertise in crafting and tracking significant financial metrics and business indicators, which will improve business intelligence and performance. Who You Are What you’ll bring with you: A professional qualification in Finance or Accounting (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent). Minimum of 6 years of experience post-professional qualification in FP&A/Finance within a large international business. Advanced Excel analytical and large data-set modelling skills are required. Possesses the drive to work independently, a proactive and positive approach to challenges, and a strong desire to learn and problem-solve. Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills, including presentation skills. Why you might stand out from other talent: Experience within the Marketing/Advertising industry is preferred. Experience with finance systems and ERP (SAP, HubSpot, Salesforce) and analytical tools (such as Power BI) would be highly beneficial.
