We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our leadership team. This high-impact role will lead the FP&A function, guiding financial strategy, planning, and performance analysis to support key business decisions across the organization. The Director will work closely with senior leadership to translate financial insights into actionable strategies, driving profitability, efficiency, and long-term growth.

What You’ll Do Lead company-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate operational drivers into financial strategies and insights. Provide financial guidance and creative solutions to improve profitability and drive business performance. Analyze industry trends, economic indicators, and company performance to forecast short-, mid-, and long-term financial outcomes. Present clear, data-driven recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders. Oversee the preparation of impactful financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations. Mentor and develop the FP&A team, fostering technical excellence and business acumen. Continuously improve FP&A processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and scalability. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA strongly preferred. 7–10 years of progressive FP&A experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills. Proven ability to present complex financial insights in a clear and actionable way. Strong business acumen with a track record of driving financial performance. Experience in creating compelling financial presentations and building dashboards. Expertise with financial systems, ERP platforms, and advanced Excel skills. Inspirational leader with experience developing and managing high-performing teams. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, prioritizing effectively, and delivering under tight deadlines. Why Join Us
