You will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel Finance function on a day to day basis, working closely with your team and ensuring deliverables to all stakeholders. **Some of the responsibilities include:** + Ensure all accounting practices comply with all Company and Government regulations + Compile, update and maintain all budgets and forecasts + Administer and control all cash management for the Hotel + Administration of all insurance matters in conjunction with local brokers + Liaise with internal and external auditors + Work closely with Departments to ensure payroll management and efficiencies + Maintain capital expenditure register + Proactively initiate communication with Owners. + Actively lead, coach and mentor all members of the Finance team to ensure they are equipped to do their job while also developing them for the future. **Qualifications:** **What you bring to the role** + Previous experience in a similar role within the hotel industry is essential + CA / CPA Accreditation + Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy while working within a proactive and problem-solving mindset + Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with all stakeholders and develop a culture of growth and accountability + Proven success in leading and developing teams Join us at Hyatt and make travel more human.
