Job description

We are seeking a visionary and goal-oriented Director of Finance to join our team at Movenpick Resort Aswan. As a key member of our executive leadership, you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategy and driving our organization's success in this dynamic market.

Responsibilities include:

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Develop and implement strategic financial plans aligned with organizational goals Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and profitability Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and investors Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets Optimize financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy Present financial reports and analysis to the board of directors and executive team Qualifications Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a senior finance role Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance metrics Proficiency in advanced financial systems and data analytics tools Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail Experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable Fluency in English Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices About the Company
