Summary:

The Lead financial operations and strategic budgeting for the client. Oversee all aspects of the client's operating budget, and is responsible for driving margin improvement initiatives, and long-range financial planning for enterprise and service line strategies.

Responsibilities of this Role:

Direct and coordinate the preparation, execution, and management of the annual operating budget, leveraging finance experience to guide labor modeling, revenue forecasting, and strategic cost alignment.Oversee all budgeting and financial operations for the client, including the development of fixed budgets, periodic forecasting, and multi-year strategic financial planningProvide comprehensive financial oversight of the client, including variance analysis, monthly close, capital budgeting, and financial evaluation of contracts and business plans.Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to develop rolling forecasts and cost containment strategies using decision support tools and productivity analytics.Lead monthly reporting processes, including consolidated flash financials, general ledger analysis, and internal presentations for executive stakeholders.Track and report performance on margin improvement initiatives across departments and service lines.Support the development of service line-specific budgets, forecasts, and dashboards with a focus on patient volumes, case mix index, and payor mix.Serve as liaison to multiple departments to ensure accurate cost structure changes, data governance, and consistent financial practices.Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support executive decision-making, new clinical initiatives, and operational efficiency improvements.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration requiredMaster’s in Business Administration (MBA), Master’s in Health Administration (MHA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Strongly preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $108707.00 - $163060.00/yr.
