Director of Employee Relations
Location: Hybrid in Providence, RI (onsite 3-4 days/week)

A client in Providence, RI, is looking to hire a Director of Employee Relations to join their HR team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years of in-depth experience with employee relations, including running investigations independently.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert knowledge and guidance on employment relations functions, executing on investigations, facilitating trainings, and moreLead conflict resolution, mediation facilitation, and support overall performance managementHR administration, including employment verifications, vaccination tracking, case management and accommodation requests

Qualifications:
