PayMinimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $104,100 - $140,500 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. More about youBachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or related field required; LEED AP preferred Minimum of 15 years of experience in the casino and gaming project management or construction industry, with a minimum of 7 years of experience as an owner's representative, lead project manager, or construction manager for projects exceeding $75 million Construction project management experience in ground-up construction and renovations to existing facilities Knowledge of purchasing, budgeting, negotiating, and awarding contracts is required Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Blue Beam, AutoCAD and PMWeb required
