Description Job Title: Director of Customer Service – Medical Device / Healthcare Location: On-Site | Lower Fairfield County, CT Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 + Bonus Industry: Medtech / Healthcare About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Manager or Director of Customer Service to lead a high-performing team within a dynamic, mission-driven healthcare company. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lower Fairfield County, ideal for someone with a background in the medtech or healthcare industry, who thrives in a regulated, complex environment where patient outcomes matter. You’ll oversee a team of ~10 and play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience, training internal teams and clients on product usage, and driving innovation in how we support and serve our partners.
