Job Description

The Director of Clinical Trial Data Quality will be responsible for overseeing clinical research auditing across the consortium. This role involves supporting the Data Safety Monitoring Board/Committee, maintaining the Data Safety and Monitoring Plan, and implementing quality improvement processes. Additionally, the Director will ensure quality control of electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs) and other Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) data, while overseeing operational policies and procedures.

ResponsibilitiesOversee clinical research auditing across the consortium.Support the Data Safety Monitoring Board/Committee.Maintain the Data Safety and Monitoring Plan.Implement quality improvement processes.Ensure quality control of eCRFs and CTMS data.Oversee operational policies and procedures.Essential SkillsProficiency in data quality management.Experience with Data Safety Monitoring Boards (DSMB).Expertise in clinical data management.Strong understanding of clinical trials.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in data quality and Data Safety Monitoring Board management.Work Environment

This position is 100% remote with quarterly onsite meetings. The Director will report to the Vice President of Clinical Research Management and will work within the Office of Data Quality. The role involves overseeing a team of 40-45 people.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boston, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $84.00 - $96.00/hr.
