Job DescriptionAre you a passionate lab professional with a proven track record in leadership? Join a hospital-based laboratory team as a Clinical Lab Manager, where you will oversee operations, ensure compliance, and guide a team of skilled lab professionals in delivering accurate, timely diagnostics. This is your opportunity to make a lasting impact in patient care and team development.
Responsibilities:• Oversee daily technical operations and ensure compliance with high-complexity testing protocols
• Manage quality control, documentation, and inventory of lab supplies and equipment
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of MT/CLS, MLTs, phlebotomists, assistants, and students
• Foster collaboration across departments to ensure smooth diagnostic support
• Partner with leadership to drive process improvement and performance excellence
Qualifications and Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Biological, Clinical Lab Science or Medical Technology
• Minimum 6 years of experience in moderate/high complexity testing
• Supervisory experience required
• MT certification or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
