We are seeking a professional who possesses exceptional leadership qualities, sales and managerial skills. In this role, you will develop strong industry relationships, foster affiliations with area companies, and coach and prepare students for employment. As a team leader, you will develop, lead, and manage a team of Career Services professionals to achieve career placement success! Requirements + 3+ years of experience in Career Services, job placement, staffing, and/or recruitment + Bachelor's degree + Must have a track record of B2B development and relationship building + Charismatic w/excellent public speaking and presentation skills + Management experience with the ability to train and motivate + Team player who is ready to help strengthen the entire campus as well as their own department + Strong time management skills and willingness to dedicate the time needed to be part of a successful organization + Experience with Social Media platforms is a plus! + Knowledge of CampusVue is a plus!
