\n\nJob Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Cardiovascular and Imaging Services to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, business development, and quality improvement initiatives within our cardiovascular and imaging departments, which strongly emphasize business growth and development.
\n\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\nProvide leadership and direction for cardiovascular and imaging services, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operations.\nDevelop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and expand departmental capabilities.\nDrive business growth through innovative service offerings, market analysis, and strategic partnerships.\nCollaborate with medical staff, administrators, and other stakeholders to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.\nManage departmental budgets, resources, and staffing to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.\nEnsure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in imaging and cardiovascular care.\nFoster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development within the team.\nMonitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.\nLead business development initiatives to expand the reach and impact of imaging and cardiovascular services.\nCollaborates with clinical operations, physician leadership, and nursing leadership to drive improvement in the delivery of cardiology care and overall quality of patient care.\n\n\nPreferred General Qualifications:
\n\nBachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, radiology, cardiovascular technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in imaging and cardiovascular services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.\nStrong knowledge of imaging and cardiovascular procedures, technologies, and regulatory requirements.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nProven ability to manage budgets, resources, and staff effectively.\nCommitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.\n\n\nPreferred Specific Qualifications:
\n\nCertification in nursing, radiology, or cardiovascular technology (e.g., ARRT, RCIS, RN).\nFamiliarity with healthcare accreditation standards (e.g., Joint Commission, ACR).\nProficiency in healthcare management software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.\nDemonstrated experience in strategic planning, business development, and growth initiatives.\nAbility to identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive departmental growth.\nMinimum Qualifications
