Responsible for the oversight and management of Baptist Health System Cardiovascular Cath Lab services. Assists with the development and promotion of Cardiovascular Services to achieve name recognition and market leadership via operational efficiency, physician and patient satisfaction, and revenue enhancement. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Graduate of accredited school of nursing and/or accredited school of radiology and/or accredited school of Cardiovascular Technology.
PREFERRED EDUCATION: Master’s Degree in Health/Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or other related field
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5 years in Cardiovascular Services with 3 years management experience
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Leadership role in Cardiovascular Services
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Possess a current Texas State License or AART, ACVT or RCIS
PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE:
REQUIRED COURSES/ COMPLETIONS (e.g., CPR): Must have active healthcare provider Basic Life Support on hire (ARC or AHA); however, must have AHA Healthcare Provider BLS within 60 days of hire
