Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced Director for Business Operations, Senior to support our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES II).
Director for Business Operations, Senior:
Provides management support and oversight of daily operations under this TO for contractor personnel, including subcontractors
Assigns tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts and managing overall performance
Manages technical issues and business processes
Manages and responds to Government issues, concerns, and comments
Alerts the Government proactively to potential contractual or programmatic and resource limitation issues
Supports integration of all tasks and activities to enable Command and Control (C2) and information-driven decision-making both horizontally and vertically throughout the DAO SOUTHCOM echelons of command and overarchingly for the DoD
Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks, technology assignments, meetings, plans, and reporting
Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure technical requirements are met
Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
Qualifications:
Required:
Must have Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS)
A minimum of 8 – 12 years of relevant experience
Must possess an active secret security clearance.
Possesses expertise in providing management support and oversight of daily operations for contractor personnel, including task assignment and performance management.
Exhibits proficiency in managing technical issues, business processes, and responding to government concerns while proactively alerting to potential contractual or programmatic issues.
Shows ability to support integration of tasks and activities enabling Command and Control (C2) and information-driven decision making across multiple echelons of command.
Possesses skills to provide technical and management leadership on major tasks, technology assignments, meetings, plans, and reporting.
Displays competence in directing and controlling client activities, with overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing.
Demonstrates capacity to ensure technical requirements are met while managing resources effectively.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
